Can I use sparklers where I live?
We cannot ship to the following states: Alaska and Hawaii.

We can ship sparklers to all other states in the continental U.S.A. Besides state laws, there can also be local restrictions. For this information contact your local Fire Marshal’s office.

How Do You Photograph Wedding Sparklers?
Wedding sparklers add a touch of magic and excitement to the special day, and capturing these moments in photographs is a must. However, capturing sparkler shots can be challenging, especially if you’re new to photography. But, with a few tips and tricks, you can get stunning, memorable photos that you’ll cherish for a lifetime.

Timing is everything: Sparklers burn quickly, so timing is crucial for a successful sparkler shot. Make sure your photographers know when the sparkler shots will take place and that they’re prepared to start shooting.

Use a tripod: Tripods are essential for taking sharp, clear photos in low light conditions. They also free up your photographers’ hands, allowing them to adjust the settings on their cameras and get the perfect shot.

Experiment with settings: Sparkler shots require a longer exposure time, and a wide aperture to let in more light. Experimenting with different settings will help you get the best results. A common starting point is an aperture of f/2.8, a shutter speed of 2-4 seconds, and an ISO of 800-1600.

Illuminate your subject: If you want to include the bride and groom or other people in the photo, make sure they’re well-lit. You can use flash or other light sources to illuminate your subject and make them stand out in the photo.

Pay attention to the background: Sparkler shots often have a beautiful bokeh effect in the background, but it’s important to make sure the background doesn’t distract from the main subject. You can adjust the focus or use a shallow depth of field to blur the background and make your subject stand out.

Get creative: Sparkler shots are a great opportunity to get creative with your photography. Try different angles, use patterns and designs, or incorporate other elements into the shot to make it unique and personal.

In conclusion, taking stunning sparkler shots requires a bit of preparation and creativity. With the right timing, equipment, and techniques, you can capture magical memories that will last a lifetime. Don’t be afraid to experiment and have fun with your sparkler shots – they’re sure to add a touch of magic to your wedding photo album!
